About the Dr. Disruptor Network
Our mission is to build inclusive, technology-driven platforms that help individuals, families, students, educators, and organizations navigate invisible and non-apparent disabilities. Too many systems in education, healthcare, and the workplace are built for challenges you can see — leaving people with invisible conditions to prove they belong. We exist to change that.
We work as an ecosystem of ten brands and a growing suite of apps — spanning advocacy, children's publishing, accessible venue design, an AI partner network, and the digital-first nonprofit Inclusive Pathways Collaborative. Together they turn lived experience into inclusive leadership, accessible institutions, and empowered young people.
Dr. Eric S. Fishon, DHA, MBA, M.Div., MTS
The network is led by Dr. Eric S. Fishon — a doctoral researcher, disability policy fellow, and founder whose advocacy is grounded in his own lived experience with autoimmune conditions and narcolepsy. His work spans resilience in youth with unseen disabilities, the ethical use of artificial intelligence in healthcare and education, and the intersection of technology and accessibility.
He believes the systems that overlook invisible disabilities can be redesigned — and that people with lived experience should lead that redesign.

Lived experience
Every brand in the network is shaped by first-hand life with autoimmune conditions and narcolepsy — the invisible disabilities we help the world understand.
Multi-platform approach
Advocacy, publishing, apps, podcasts, and consulting working as one ecosystem — not a single service, but an interconnected engine for change.
Youth empowerment
From XTERMIGATOR Kids to student access labs, we give young people with unseen disabilities language, confidence, and community.
Evidence-based research
Research on youth resilience, caregiver stress, and ethical AI underpins every tool and recommendation the network ships.
Who we serve
Schools adopting UDL and corporations navigating ADA compliance. Families finding their footing with a new diagnosis. Young people who deserve to see themselves in the story. Educators, administrators, conference organizers, and change-makers who are ready to disrupt outdated systems — we build with all of them.
